you'll laugh - I found 4 freebie books near our Hotel. They were in a basket in front of a shop, for free, and they were of some crime series I used to read as a Teenager. *had to take them* out of nostalgic reasons :D

Hope you won't melt!

I've read on FB they'll have showers, all the stalls in the shade, extra awnings etc ... hope this works out.

yep, it was really really fabulously organized. we kept walking under the showers and *Sprinkler* and so on. Those were genius ideas. Also drank gallons of water, coke zero, cherry beer... and an Eiskaffee :D

Good to hear ... I just hope it won't be that hot at the end of August. But considering I didn't go the last two years because it was pouring down ...

yeah well, you can't have it all... ;) either it's sunny or it's raining. I don't mind the sun and the heath if it's well organized. Just have to make sure I'm wearing ok cloths, have a ton of sunscreen, possibly that umbrella and drink gallons of water.
Mind you it's worse when the humidity is very high - we've had that in Weil before. About 32°C *only*, but very, very high humidity. We were so done, only hanging around and feeling rather dizzy with that kind of weather. Comparing to that, the almost 40°C of last Saturday were easy peasy. :)
