I dropped my geography course. It was causing me too much stress and I just couldn't wrap my head around everything. This decision now means I'll be taking a full five courses in the winter term, instead of the four I had originally planned on. well, I'll miss your company in Old English, but I'm glad you did what seemed best for you. You've other things on your mind, and I'm happy that you'll have more time to think about those things now.

sweetie i say pay no mind to letting it go. if it's the way to keep yourself sane, then do it! it's our last year and we need to keep a small amount of sanity in our crazy lives right now! you'll be just fine sweetie

Well, I am never one for advocating extra courses or work, so I say, "Why do today, what you can put off until tomorrow?"
Take your spare course now! Be proud! Worry about a full semester next year. And six courses?? Unless you absolutely NEED it to graduate, I say Bah to that too.
