Possibilities

So, I've been working in the same place for three years. It's fine. It's a receptionist/secretarial type job. It will have the sa me challenges in three years from now. IT's hourly, flexible, good pay and I work with three members of the same family who have treated us like family as well. And that has its good and bad, but that 's another post.

I am absolutely thrilled for you, and I think you will be be incredibly good Director of Children's Ministry if they have the good sense to hire you. I hope it's someone from the church and ideally someone with pull who asked you to apply?

The head of the committee is sisters with my instructor for the eChristian ed program I was doing. Also, the District Congregational Care specialist is my friend and has worked with me on many projects....actually she's the *reason* I've had so many opportunities.

Oh, and thank you for the kind words. I am of two minds - one, I think I would love it and hopefully do a great job at it, and two, who do I think I'm kidding thinking I can do this????
But i have to trust in what my heart really, truly knows, and in what I've trained to do. And jump in, I guess, with both feet.
