A story, a secret, a confession, a fear, a love: anything you want. Something about you, something about me, anything at all. Post as many times as you like.
How long had it been? She didn't know. After the first few months she'd given up trying to keep track of the passing days. They just blended into one another now, a mixture of moon and sun over water that only rippled when it rained

There was freshly cooked meat stored away in her bags, and she pulled some out and offered it to the canine. He sniffed it gingerly before taking it and eating it in the manner of a starved creature. How long ago had he last eaten, anyway

That's a beautiful story about how the smallest thing can touch a person's life. I'm glad to see the heroine find this chance to live her life again, and even happier for that dog, who has someone so determined to watch over him.
Whatever happened in the heroine's past, I think that she will be able to overcome it. ♥ As for whatever lies in their future, I wish her and the dog well. ♥ I hope that they both find happy homes, whether that's in the village or out in the wild.
I need to stop talking to people about fucking Glee. The things that piss me off about it just piss me off, and everyone telling me "It's just the pilot"/"Well it has to do that to make money! That's just the reality of the business!" doesn't change a goddamn thing.
And then I get angry, and then I feel bad because it's stupid and I don't like raining on people's parades, and if people like something then they have every right to like it and I should just STFU.
That's a very delicate situation. As someone who tends to ramble on about one thing or another and as someone very opinionated, I can understand that. As much as I hate people raining on my parade, I also don't like telling people to STFU on theirs.
Best thing to do, I think, is to find someone who wouldn't mind listening to you rant about it. In this case, I don't mind. :)
