What do you usually do when you can't sleep?

I'm out of ideas. I'm going to settle for making a cup of sweet chamomile tea before going back to bed and reclaiming my pillow from Glen.

Mmmmyawn.

Hahahahahahahaha - snap.

I play on the Internerds. Then I suffocate Matthew for being a drunken bum, snoring, and drooling on my pillow.

But seriously - Internerd, read, TV, shag, study, drink black tea, or I sometimes sketch weird things - currently I'm doodling Marilyn's glasses and lips in this icon here.

Read a no brainer, watch something unengaging on tv, play solitaire or something on the computer - that'll tire the eyes, if nothing else. If that doesn't work I go for a walk, or, if one's avaiable pester a boy for soe attention - something that will wear the rest of me out. Also, Milo. The malt in it has a soporific effect on me.

I drink a bit of NyQuil. I don't know if you have it in Australia, but its a drowsy cough medicine.

However, its probably not a good idea to drink it when you're not sick. Even though I do.

Cough medicine addiction is never a good thing!

generally if i can't sleep it's cos i'm thinking about something - worrying, or being excited, or being sad or angry or whatev.
so usually i email some unfortunate ear about it.
