I was trying to think of the name of the hairsprays my babysitter used to use (she was *always* re-doing her hair). I could only think of the ones you mentioned, LA Looks & V05 (but I think it had a gold can).

It wasn't what she was looking for. It was the gel she used and I used the pump spray for a while.

With think it was Stiff Stuff. But, we're old so we can remember.

And yeah. V05 had a gold can. It was as recognizable as AquaNet's purple can! :) And almost used as much. We mostly used the hot oil treatments to condition our hair when it got dry. Now? Not so much, but I do miss the hot oil txs. Don't even know if they're around anymore. I'd definately use one on my hair again! :)
