I am looking for realtors in the Williamsburg, VA area who specialize in helping military families find houses to rent. We are not looking to own at this point in time. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Since I moved to VA, my husband and I have been having problems with our landlord constantly. We went through a period of time where we were getting no BAH and they were going to evict us - and now we owe NMCRS $3000 dollars for paying our rent - no problem there, everything with our BAH is fixed and such.. I have a question.. Is it possible to have your husband home for the birth of your child when he is deployed? I have heard that the navy has to give them 3 weeks around the due date..
