100% pure fruit

i'm eating one of those fruit to go bars and i'm so confused. How can they be 100% pure fruit? it looks like jello candy and tastes like candy but apparently its not. and this one is a banana one but it doesn't look or taste anything like real bananas so they must have done something crazy to it. anyway. its yummy and i guess thats all that matters
