It was 10 in the morning on the sunny day of 2nd april.
His friend Donghae had just came in with the news that Mr.Lee Myungho,his father was murdered.
"You know,I haven't contacted the police yet.I just came rushing here.Let's go home,please."
"I never thought this could have happened.Now I'm alone,no one is there to guide me."He said while gracing a heartbreaking expression.
"I came back just yesterday and the next day...he..."And fresh tears made their way in his eyes.
"I'm sure he was murdered.But,there were no weapons,wounds or blood.He just lay there and his pulse was absent."He informed.
"Let's go to your house,since the scene of crime is untouched, we'd be closer to the killer."
"But before we go......Do you suspect anyone specifically?"Kyuhyun asked.
"Ya i do,I think it may be someone who was present in the house last night.But I'm not absolutely sure."

"I was in Italy for awhile,6 days to be exact.Dad had told me to go for a deal with Mazzin electronics.He himself was taking care of some feuds with the Lee industries after the Swiss bank thefts that took place.Until you solved the case Sungmin had my dad and Mr Hodong as his primary suspects."Donghae explained while they were on their way to his family mansion.
The gates opened automatically and they entered through a thin strip of land framed by beautiful gardens of roses.He saw 3 gardeners working at different parts of the terra.
"My whole family is really fond of roses."Donghae said after noticing Kyuhyun's intense concentration of the ongoing gardening.
"Ya,that spot is empty. I guess Siwon is out somewhere.Just park it here,he won't mind it for the time being."
Both of them got off the car and Donghae led the way inside the house.As expected,the house was in mourning and would be for several days to come.
"Donghae,I would like you to gather all the people that were present yesterday.I would like to ask them some questions."
"Yes,It would just take a moment.Before that you can go check the room.I'll wait here,I don't like going inside that place."He motioned to the room on the first floor.
Kyuhyun entered a lavish room on the first floor.He opened it and the victim's body was lying on the bed.He seemed perfectly alright,as though taking a quick nap.But he was aware the man infront of him was dead.
He searched the room and didn't come across anything special.There was a sidetable near the window.It had a kettle made of china and some cups overturned for future use.
On the opposite side of the room there were two cups.One was the same china cup he had seen and a tall glass cup.The contents of both seemed to be the same.Kyuhyun was an avid tea lover and he could easily identify that they were different versions of the same tea.It was oolong tea.He suspected that maybe the glass cup had iced oolong tea and the other had regular tea.
He took out his cellphone and called a number.
"Hello,Yesung?"
"Yes,What is it Kyuhyun?"came a voice back
"Ya, I want you to come at the Myungho Lee mansion at the earliest.There's been a murder,I want a post-mortem report,i think he's been drugged to death."
"Oh!Is it?Ya I'll be there in 10 minutes."
"Keep this information confidential and bring your most trusted workers to take the body."
With that he hung up.He searched for more items that could be clues.He decided to check Mr.Lee's blazer that was kept on a chair near the side-table.
He checked the breast pocket first.Nothing special,just some bills and an ATM reciept.He uncovered a locket from his side pocket.He opened it carefully and upon knowing its contents he was shocked.Baffled out of his wits.It was a photograph of Mr Lee and a girl.Kyuhyun knew this girl very closely.
What is her picture doing here?Did she have any relation with him?He thought.
Just then a person entered the room.Kyuhyun was too busy staring at the locket.
"Detective,Donghae-sshi has assembled everyone.Are you done here?"
He paid no heed.He had a specific person to question about why and how her picture was in possesion of an aged,dead and rich man. In a locket that was certainly heart shaped,a proclamation of love.
"Uh .Detective?"The person said again and Kyuhyun recognised that voice.
He turned around and shock overcame him once again.
"Kyuhyun!?!?What are you doing here?"Ryeowook said,her voice coming out as a squeak.
Just then Donghae entered the room to check on Kyuhyun.
"Oh Kyuhyun,you aren't done here yet?Oh,this is Ryeowook,my step-mother."
