i mean, i think that people foget that "technically" he's in proportion because he was meant to be way up high on a pedestal or something. so it's funny that people spend time analyzing why he's built that way and think there's super deep meaning behind it, when really he'd be like..."sorry, guys, you're just displaying it wrong."
