It's so weird though that the video shows up fine here but when you go to youtube it's all zoomed in for some reason and I don't know how to fix it. :(

I have no idea, never uploaded a video on youtube. I googled it and found this webpage with about 5 other people listing the same problem as you but no solution sadly :|
