I think I've just eaten a tin of tomatoes. It was disguised a pasta bake but I'm sure that pasta bake contains some sort of pasta and may be cheese. This 'meal' just had hard bits of onion and what looked like chopped peppers but could of been a number of things in it. I must remind myself to make my own lunch tomorrow the works canteen seems to be
