Low calorie, 50% protein, 30% carbohydrates, 20% fat, at least 45-55 grams of fiber/day, and 150 oz water and/or tea per day. Also I'm eating the same thing every day, (shake for breakfast, yogurt snack, soup/sandwitch lunch, fiber bar snack, fish/brocoli dinner, half shake for dessert, rinse, repeat)
