Reccent Dolly finds
Fueling my new obsession with the new dolly kei/cult party trends in Tokyo, here are a few of the accessories and pieces I've picked up lately! :3
The new Nazar I ordered!! Let's be honest - the paint job is really lackluster, but...it was 5 bucks, with shipping. So I'm not going to be THAT bitch and complain about it.
Went shopping w/ one of my best friends the other day and we checked out a store I'd never even heard of before - Charming Charlie. Really similar to For love 21/etc. ginormous cheap jewelry stores. But they had some great dolly items!
Some sort of scarf/shawl, with a really unique shape, so that the tassels hang down your back and on each side of your body front and back.
And my first pair of celeste stein printed tights......for 3 BUCKS!! I shit you not, they had a huge clearance on all of their celeste stein tights and leggings! Anyone else into Dolly kei, if they have this store in your area you should definitely check it out.
Then a few more things quickly:
Some cute earrings I found at a local boutique.
A simple lace top with an old-world pattern. Honestly not sure if I'll actually be able to incorporate this into any dolly outfits, but I just wearing it on a regular/casual day over a layering tank, so....win-win! :3
