House and Puppy

As of today I officially own a house. The closing was at 10 AM EST this morning. The process took several months due to some outstanding legal complications with the property and the resulting paperwork shuffle. Thankfully all I had to do was wait until the bid was approved and then sign the closing papers

Heh, yeah, but its a slow process as well since we have other projects going on that perhaps have a higher priority to get done promptly. Its not that I couldn't move in right now more than it is I don't have to so it gets put off until we have time to do it correctly.
