Well, we got the whole DSS thing thrown out.....still had to appear at the courthouse, but basically both lawyers shook their heads & said it was ridiculous & agreed it wasn't worth spending any time on. (Too bad it cost me the legal fees & a couple days lost work & all the aggrivation !) -
