Ripley+PowerLoader vs Alien Queen in Aliens is a good example of a differently paced sort of fight. Cameron makes good use of the deliberate movements of the power loader to build tension.

Bruce Lee vs. Kareem Abdul Jabbar, in a scene from Game of Death. It isn't easy to find, since they hacked game of Death to pieces after he died (he was making it when he died). I have the footage on Bruce Lee: A Warrior's Journey, which is a documentary.

All of the previously missing fight footage in that documentary is THE best fight footage I've ever seen.

Second on my list is Tony Jaa vs. over 50 men near the end of The Protector. It isn't quite as good (too much yang response, not enough yin), but it the best fight film I've ever seen.

I'm very particular about my film combat.

One of the last scenes in Unleashed is absolutely amazing - a fight scene in a bathroom stall. For the rest of the movie we also get to see a completely different fighting style for Jet Li. A surprisingly good movie!
