I see some new careers coming out of this:

Hydroponic coffee grower: possibly in the same boarded-up houses where folks grow That Other Herb.

Coffeelegger: I mean, really, as it gets more expensive it's going to come under some kind of control. Otherwise, hordes of sleepy, headachey caffine addicts will just mob grocery stores and start knocking over Starbucks'. Which makes openings for people to move illicit coffee outside of governmental control...
