I broke my cell phone once. I threw it against the wall when I was angry.
This is my third one.

Im a hazard with electronic stuff. They always seem to break.

they break or you break them?
one of them was broken from throwing it too much. the other, i snapped in half with my hands when i was angry... and the silver one i slammed onto the floor this morning...
i don't even know if its worth it to get a new one.

like i said, this isn't new. i've been dealing with anger issues among many other psychological problems as long as i can remember. i have been a number of counselors and been on a number of medications. trust me, i'm a veteran.

You can join the fight club. Ok... stop laughing. I'm serious. Erika and I are training under a champion Ultimate Fighter. You can hit people! But watch out, because unlike the phones they'd hit back.

Yeah. Free training and all. You just have to buy your own equipment. It will get pricey. Also, you can't destroy your target because you'll go to jail.

You shouldnt care about posting it. We're all dealing with something. Some more than others of course.

Not to jump on the bandwagon, but I went to go play with Ericka's punching bag...man..thing. Whatever it is...a stand up punching bag. I coudlnt believe how good to felt to punch the piss out of it. I kept flipping it over because I was taking out frustrations instead of actually trying to "train" on it. My point, if I have one, is maybe something active, and a bit violent, might help. An outlet helps a lot. And like you said, the phones are getting to be an expensive outlet. All I know is I totally want a punching bag now. Actually I want a slam man... looks more like a person to take out aggressions on.

Hope you're hanging in there.

the only problem with punching bags is that i can't actually destroy them. i think i break things because i can let out some stress and anger that way... but it's mostly based on destruction... so if i can't actually destroy my target, it makes me more angry, haha...
