I hope you are doing well in Mexico.
Probably better than we are here - the kids need you.
Everyone sends his or her love.
And asks when you’ll come back.
We’ve had a few interesting cases since I last wrote,
But why should you care?
and Tony has done a good job of leading the team in their investigations.
Truthfully, he really has, but he’s not you.
I hope you are finding peace and relaxation in Mexico.
Because I’m tearing out my soul here over you leaving.
And that you are well-rested and healing fast.
