So the psychiatrist I found to talk to ,thanks to one of Ducky's many connections, suggested that since talking isn't really my thing that I try to write some things out. She said to write out things I want, think, or feel. Figured I'd give it a try. Been doing lists about Daniel so decided to try it list style

Did she happen to say anything about me commenting on these entries?

Not really. Said she'd check and see what I wrote or if I wanted it private to everybody I had to email a copy to her.
