I clicked to go to the sign up part and AO3 says: Sign-up is currently closed: please contact a moderator for help.

Many thanks for letting me know! I remember clicking the box, but I guess I didn't hit "update". It is now open.

I realize I'm a bit late questioning this. I realized I didn't get an assignment, Did you get my signup?

No, I'm very sorry to say that AO3 did not register a sign-up for you. I'm not at all sure what happened. It shows 7 people signed up, but your name wasn't on the list. Do you show that you signed up? If you're showing a sign up for the 2019 SeSa, please reach out to AO3 and let them know - or if you send me a screencap, I can reach out.

If you're signed up, you should still be able to see it under your "my assignments" tab. Please let me know if there is something there for the 2019 SeSa. That is really a problem if people are signing up for challenges, but the sign ups are not coming through.

Unfortunately, it's too late to pull assignments back and run them again. If you have any short prompts, please feel free to enter a Christmas wish, or up to 6 wishes, over at ncis_discuss as part of the Happy Holidays Challenge.

Just another quick thought - I do always put the names of all participants on the Dear Santa letter post. I post those with Dear Santa letters, and link the letters, and below that I list "other participants". That's really the best way to see if you're signed up - although, I believe once we get over 5 participants, it does also show the names of those signed up on AO3. I do plan to run SeSa again next year, so just a couple thoughts of places to double-check as I really hope you will sign up next year.

Maybe next year, I should post the names of people as they sign up?

I've been a bit scattered since losing mom. I just checked and it doesn't show, I should have checked earlier. For some reason, I've been having a few issues with my AO3. Next year, I will definitely double check.
