Tony (?) and his Tattoo

Hello folks,

I am looking for a story where Tony has a tattoo on his back (?).   As far as I can remember it means that he is good enough or something like that. I think Gibbs is watching Abby keeps touching Tony there. She does it to remind him of the significance of the tattoo.
