I couldn't do it. I just couldn't send Nell to the lynching block. I would only be labeled as an evil man if I did that.

I agree. If Nell ends up being one of them, I'll be kicking myself in the ass because I just let her live. My lone vote would have killed her off.

You do realize that a no vote would have sufficed just fine to achieve these ends.

Yeah, it's really one of those can't win either way things. Still, you do realize you're going to be looked at anyway for backing out at the last minute.

Not that I would necessarily do that. Largely because my desk seems to be occupied, and I have to stand/sit on the other side of the room where I can't look at anyone. (Still looking for an explanation on that one by the way...) But also last time I checked you were my partner, and you may be a lot of things, but an assassin? For my own sanity I'm going to have to give you the benefit of the doubt on that one.

You went and got shot (or whatever) and left us for YEARS? Remember? We thought you were dead Kate. It took awhile before Gibbs even accepted Ziva to stay at that desk. You have to understand that this is a little weird for us too.

I missed you! I really did and to see you here...I can't help but to be freaked out by it.

And my original vote was pretty last minute too. Within 20minutes of it closing anyway, then I chickened out.
