So I spent Wed & Thursday serving as a Juror in the Wake County system. Had a criminal case. Felony Breaking and Entering and Misdemeanor Larceny. Defendant was determined to be guilty on both counts. Sucks to be him. The whole defense case was pretty much built on a pack of lies. There was too much circumstantial evidence. It wasn't CSI,

After New Year's is over, I'll probably 2nd the "we're tired of travel". Ya'll have fun at home.

I have yet to be asked for jury duty. I feel your pain on the driving. We drove 13 hours up and 12 hours back for one day in NY...and that REALLY sucked. But we are going to stay up for a few days for xmas. I'm still not sure what we are doing for new years...will keep you posted!

Got the tub this summer. Been using it a bit since then. It's nicer now that it's cooler outside. :)
