Eye exam...

Last week I had a heck of a headache (possible migraine) and had to run a few errands. I decided to stop by the Eye Exam place near the house and see what I wasn't seeing. I get headaches periodically looking at the screen all day, but couldn't tell if it was eye strain or job stress that brought it on

You've never had the puff in the eye test before, huh? Great fun.

What about your neck? I was getting really bad headaches from my neck being out of alignment before I started seeing a chiropractor.

Yeah, I consider those things when I start feeling the onset of the headache. Sometime a good stretch is the solution (with subsequent re-alignment of my back) will help. I just have to catch it early enough.

Are you getting enough rest? Spending enough time stretching your eyes every day? If so, try eating a banana. Could be a vitamin deficiency.

Many things can cause a headache. As mentioned, a good stretch, or back alignment can do wonders if you catch it in time.

Glad to hear your vision doesn't suck. Grats.

I have 20/400 vision without correction. Sweet.
