Margaret Atwoods ``Letter to America``

The purpose of Margaret Atwoods " Letter to America" is to show her feelings towards the recent decisions America has made with their recent invasion of Iraq. The intented audience of course is America but to me it should be more towards the American Government its them at the end of the day who make such life altering decisions. Nicely done - you've done a good job of going through the VAPID points. I think there is more still that you could say, but you're on the right track.

I agree that the audience should be pointed at the government, I dont see what the americans are doing besides going along for the ride. I like what you did when you quoted when Atwood was explaining Americas dept would rise and then you provided evidence for it later. I'm not sure Atwood would be too happy with the new president either considering he hasnt taken the troops out of America and wants to invade Pakistan. Maybe Pakistan has nuclear weapons now.....
