By far the two most popular retro things for MLB are #42 and the Braves a. The #42 is for Jackie Robinson, and the a dates back to when Henry Aaron played for the Braves. 1972, though, wasn't the year Aaron broke Ruth's record, which makes me wonder if that hat doesn't stand for something else.

Maybe next time you see him, you should ask him.

it could also be abercrombie, which would make him a little bit of a tool...

I looked up abercrombie hats online and none of them are like that. Neither are Aeropostale hats. I kinda figured he was a little bit of a tool, which is why I looked those up ;)
