Just had my meeting with the head RA. I managed to get the Failure to Evacuate charge dropped; I think she wanted to put sanctions on me or at least give me some sort of written warning, but I talked her down on that one. The Red Cross just called asking me to go give some blood tomorrow. The conversation was pretty standard until they busted out with, "Nathan, we really need your blood." Had the weirdest experience this morning. Woke up and couldn't figure out where I was for a few seconds despite being in the same place I've woken up for the past 15 years or so. I'm thinking maybe I should cut back on the drugs.

Anyone who gets the Chronicle should check out today's East Bay Life section. There's a big article about my dad and his scheme to skate down every street in Oakland. I even get a brief mention. I think it's on page F4. There may also be an article about him in the Montclarion but I haven't been able to verify this.
