Because most people over there don't know enough to call their bluff.
I actually got called to the mat one time over whether or not we're 'real' Indians over here because we're no longer true to what we're supposed to be but /they're/ keeping the 'true' Indian alive. Of course, what they're doing with a plains headdress and tipi in the middle of a forest I haven't the foggiest. Guess they watched the wrong Hollywood western. . .
