AHHH.....

I HATE having trich. I've decided now to get hypnosis or some kind of energy healing to help get this under control in some way. I contacted the woman by email a little while ago. I hope to hear back from her this week. It's not a subject that I talk to many people about. I've read her testimonials, & have known about her for years. I'm not putting ( Read more... )

My trich comes and goes lately. I have never pulled the hair on my head but the hair on my legs and bikini line has always been fair game. I have scars from pulling. Right now I am healed up at the moment from the pulling but I never know when some afternoon me and a pair of tweezers will meet again and have a serious party.

the excema on my scalp is fair game for picking though! the backs of my ears are raw right now. I also chew on the insides of my mouth. I broke that habit for like 15 years but started up again in the last 3-4 months. I am trying to be mindful of it.

I feel like I can never be 100% healed. I always have to have some little wound to pick at. It is so disgusting but I don't talk about it with anyone. My husband just sees sores and says "hey, leave that alone!"

I can't stand how the trich comes & goes for me. I feel great, & then I ruin the brows or lashes that are starting to grow in just fine. They just grow in weird directions, are too picky, or some brows seem almost grey, so I remove them. I did pull a lot from my head when I was younger, & somehow stopped? There's other areas too...I just have serious hair issues. I'm fine with everything except my eye area. That's when I go downhill ( ... )

my trich is the best it's been in many years. It's like I still holding my breath.

Supposedly it takes a certain amount of time to break a habit. I can't remember exactly how long? It's more like "a curse" for us. I was able to stop for a couple years in my early 20's, but something stressful must have set it off again. I just want it to end!
