What are some good movies to see? I figure input would be helpful. (I am not referring to "in theatre" movies but rather those that are out on DVD)

Welcome To The Dollhouse ( good napoleon dynamite-esque humor, same kind of protagonist)
Vincent ( Tim Burton early short, about a boy who thinks he is Vincent Price)

Foreign
Amelie (amazing)
Der Krieger und Die Kaserin (expressionism)
Metropolis ( again, amazing.. inspiration for alot of sci-fi plots)

Personal Faves
Virgin Suicides (Sophia Coppola's first film, amazing photography here... mostly a visual piece and not a think piece.)
The Bad Seed ( 1950'S suspense film about ten year old girl serial killer, kills victims with tap shoes.)
A Clockwork Orange (brilliance)
Dr. Stranglove (amazing Kubrick at his best)
Rushmore/Royal Tenenbaums ( i love wes anderson's work)
