So, I was doing some cleaning-up of the table around my PC, and noticed that there was a streak on the monitor glass...got some cleaner on it and noticed that there was a hell of a lot of nicotine on the cloth coming off of the glass, and from the monitor-frame ( Read more... )

Unfortunately, yes. I tried quitting not too long ago, and even went a whole two weeks, but...Well, it wasn't as easy as I had hoped. I really need to look into hynotherapy for it, that seems to be the only way I'll ever get rid of the nasty habit.
Problem is, when I began smoking again, I ended up smoking even more and now I'm up to a pack and a half a day...ugh.
