Man am I pissed.

Brads mom took leslie and griffin last Friday and kept them overnight even though it was not their weeekend to have them.  We have no problem with that, as they were doing us a favor.  When Leslie came home, I ddin't notice anything right away, but then she said she wasn't feeling well.  Checked her out and half her face was swollen

Well I'm pissed too. This is a sick little girl you are talking about. How dare that woman (who I got along well enough with) make her into a tug-of-war rope. I love dogs, but get them away from that child. Honestly, I wonder about how many adults there are in those kids lives. Adults take care of kids -- first, last, and always.

If I may step in here. Of course you are right, Leslie should not be around the dogs. I do not know the history between your daughter and the father of the kids (and believe me, after the accident this past summer, I think he should only be allowed supervised visits, but what do I know?). I don't know if the other side will respond to reason - right now what they see is that 'you' are trying to keep Brad away from his kids. Or his kids away from him, I don't know. Cooler heads need to prevail here. The adults - which, it looks like, are you and anderyn, but hopefully you can get the other grandmother and Brad to participate - need to mediate. No, you are NOT trying to keep Leslie away from her father, you would never do that. You don't even have a history of such things. It's like she's trying to put out a trash fire with the entire fire department! And it's your granddaughter who will end up paying for it

honestly i want to just make them see reason.... they say becuase her 'attack' didn't 'start' till she got home it our cats that make her sick. ((she when my partents took her in seemed to be getting better, she seemed much better then she had on sunday by far)) basicly the even though we couldn't tell then or yesterday mean it's our cats.

on another note the fact at least 2 times when she has been licked by a dog and then taken to th urget care becuase her FACE WAS SWEELLUING AND RED AS AN APPLE and couldn'r breath doesn't prove she's alligic to dogs

oh if they get rid of the dogs((never have i said they had too) we have to get rid of our cats, even though she's never showed a sign of being allgic to them
