BEJEEZUS. Merlin.
I knew that there was going to be a kaboom involved, but this... it felt like ice through the veins all the way up to Merlin burning at a pyre. So compelling and hopeless and hopeful and delusional that it just hurts, but you can't help but UNDERSTAND at the same time, since there was really no other way this would go with Arthur not getting what magic is and what destiny means concerning a price. *shivers*
