turns out baker will only pay $20k for schooling for their employees, and since i've been working for a temp agency the whole time, it's sticky as to whether or not i'll even be able to get it. oxy, on the other hand, will pay 100% schooling and they'd rather i go to USC. i've been talking to the engineers i work with and most of them have taken
