It's good to know you're around - I wondered if you working on your place might have something to do with you not being around. :D Packing books is always difficult. (Packing model horses and toys is equally difficult, FYI.)

Packing anything in quantity is difficult. I'm running out of closet space and the garage is starting to look a touch ... crowded. :-)

If I remember correctly, the issue is that you live in a condo and your downstairs neighbor smokes in the house? (ick). Does the neighborhood association have no say in this at all? I can certainly understand why this would be distressing. Have you considered renting out your condo so that you can move sooner or would it not rent for as much as your mortgage? (I have a friend who had to deal with that when the housing bubble burst.) I hope that once you get it listed that it sells quickly. Maybe for someone else the smoking won't be an issue. I know that some people are much more sensitive to it than others. Do you have connected heating ducts or something some how that causes his smoke to be pulled into your unit?
