bah, damned orange bricks. The Dragon Boxes are where it's really at, but unfortunately, those were a limited print. -_- I also find it kinda ironic, as well as sad, that Kai boosted the sales of those things; from what I'm hearing, a lot of fans think that Kai had an "inferior" dub, despite keeping the original music (which has now becomes Z's original soundtrack due to that copyright incident), Freeza not being voiced by a woman, voice performances in general being vastly improved, and an infinitely more accurate translation

I think people just like the nostalgia of the original dub. I can understand that. While I agree that Kai's dub is overall better in quality, I still do greatly enjoy the "original."
Kai started out great in my mind, but soon fell apart for two reasons. The first being that it was incomplete for not doing the Buu saga (which allegedly is being worked on now). & the second being I actually preferred the new music they were using for most of its run. The original score is classic, but the new tunes brought a fresh feel to the series. It's impossible to get the series with the new score now, though.
Meeting LK was great. I didn't ask him to pose, though. That was all him. =b
