The guy who sits behind me NEVER pushes his chair in when he gets up, so I have to move it out of the way to get up from my desk, and it drives me bonkers.

OMFG I freakin' hate that shit, too!! There's a chair on the other side of my desk that people sit in when they talk to me, and my boss comes in and sits down and then always leaves it pulled out in the middle of the (very small) room and it drive me bonkers. Especially when he complains about the chair taking up too much room. GRR.

Attach a stick to both your chairs which automatically pushes his chair in when you roll back.
