The video was hilarious. He refused to leave, then shoved the police/security guys away, and wouldn't shut the fuck up. I don't see how he could sue for anything. I'm surprised you didn't just say "Stupid hippy-dippy conspiracy-theorist motherfucker should have been SHOT, not TASED!" - that's the general tone of your stuff.

He did nothing against the law. I would have had no problem with them escorting him out and not letting back in since he was on the mic so long. But there was no reason to arrest him and once he was outside they said they were arresting him for "Inciting a riot" which he clearly wasn't doing in a half filled auditorium. He was later charged with resisting arrest (which he did do but the arrest should not have taken place) and disturbing the peace.

Just because he was liberal doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to sound off. I may not agree with him but, I have and will fight for his right to speak.
