Just a quick note to say that I am home.

I've been signed off of work for the rest of the week and am very sore.

Thanks for all of the well wishing! I really appreciate prayers, offers of help and best wishes that we have received.

I should have a nurology appointment coming through the post at some point soon.

If you feel up to visitors at some point in the near future, let me know - I'm fairly free at the moment, and can most likely make it up if you can tell me how to get to you by train.
