Just got a SHL test (see here) and a two to three week wait by the feel of things (they won't confirm when they will make a decision).

In other news I might end up marking the technical test the other interviewees have to take.

I'm sorta hoping that it won't happen that way. The only other person who could mark it is very new in the company and it is whether they accept his opinion. I think my bosses would trust my evaluation of others SQL skills even if it is against my best intrests. However, as the test is not one designed with a pass mark (or even a scoring system), then they really need someone who's job it is to do the developing to "mark" it
