I just watched such a great documentary about the Dover Trial on PBS. If you missed it, I'm so sorry, because it was just amazing. It's so interesting how little people know about evolution, and specifically, how little is actually taught about it. I learned stuff that I didn't know. It's no wonder that people get duped by Creationist

We watched it too. I take special pains to teach my kids the difference between a scientific law and a theory and to distinguish theory from hypothesis. Yeah it was some good stuff.

The part about the combining of chromosomes was so interesting. I actually hadn't heard about that before and was really enjoying learning so much new stuff.
