I was just offered a job in Defence's Graduate IT program!!!

I'm so happy!

No more job applications! No more job interviews! The stress is gone!

Yes, 9am starts... but I've been doing this basically all week. The downside: they really cut into my gaming time!

Been working at the switch this morning; then moving outside in the afternoon. I get an early mark today! :)

My mother would probably say something like that too. Damn their practical natures. :p But yes, it could be like that-the only thing you need to get a job offer is another job offer! haha. :)

Many congrats!! It's always so wonderful getting that job offer and not having to worry about those damned interviews. Though I wouldn't count on your stress being gone - a new and ever so much fun type of stress is ready to pounce. ;) But hey, at least you'll be paid to be stressed, right?

This is the job I so didn't think I'd get because of all the competition, and it was the one I really wanted - and I got an offer! I think I'm still not over the shock. My reactions are very - delayed - today...

Now I just need the formal offer so I can sign on the dotted line...
