it sucks when changing a tire can't just be changing a tire. It sucks when changing a tire also has to an evaluation of your worth as a man and an internal analysis of gender roles (in particular that of the man) and misplaced/well-placed resentment towards a semi-absent but not absent enough to claim that you have an absent father.

Manly family "bonding" time?

My mum and I tried to change a tire once, only to discover that the garage which had put on the tire had used the pneumatic tire changing wrench thing so it was completely impossible for us to get the nuts off. We gave up and called Eddie from the garage next door to come over and help us.

hahahaha one of the nuts in the tire had that too and in the end I couldn't do it!!! XD!!!!!

Fuck tires, get another man to do it, especially one that gets paid, very little to do it, then you can stand and laugh.
