The FCC has granted permission for us to acquire five of the six radio stations; permission for the sixth will likely come by the end of the week. However, these decisions aren't final and are subject to "petitions to deny" from anyone who might feel we shouldn't be allowed to buy one or more of the stations, for whatever reason.
