I dislike reposting these. They are all very good I feel guilty about not re-posting them all, but I've been posting a lot of journal posts, and I don't feel it's fair to give anyone who bothers to read another one and a guilt trip. I'm too damn fond of gay people-when will it finially reach me that if he's gay he won't find me attractive, so I should stop finding being gay attractive in men? It's only counter-productive.. Oh, the silliness. ah well.

You're like those people that get pissed off when their favorite band finally makes it big, and goes around insisting that you liked them before they were popular. How is it any different when it was discovered, as long as it was?

...

P.S. My icon nearly wins. It has to tie, at least. Because, because, seriously.

Why is it that as a culture we're obsessed with doing things that make it seem like we're furthering a cause, but really just wasting time?

We as a culture like to see two men holding guns because its more normal than two men holding hands. Normal as defined by our culture, of course. And it's defined that way because for years America had no tolerance for anything different.

Now we have tolerance for things that are different, but only on the outside. Inside, everyone still hates everything different.

And I know I'm generalizing. If you feel offended by statement'everyone hates everything different', I probably wasn't talking about you.

I was waiting for your reply.

As for the first line, I seldom really update this journal anymore, so I might as well soapbox.

Heh. I'm sorry you wait for my negative comments.

I support the cause. I understand the motives.

I apologize for always posting anathema to happy posts like this, but it's what I really believe in.

Oh, I must agree with you. I don't post happy much myself, unless of course, prompted to by the ease of copy/paste.
