I have a question about your Laser Pony work... do you guys improv one panel at a time or set out a general story ahead of time? (Or maybe some combination?)
I tried doing an improv-manga about 12 years ago and it failed miserably. Hoping you might have some insight, because it looks like a lot of fun to do it right :3

We usually just make it up as we go along. Sometimes one of us will have a good idea about something that could happen and we will work towards that, but mostly it is just improvised.

Yeah, of course! Sometimes I don't read it until after it's colored, but I do read it. And I like it.
