Good thought as such, but a state or a group of people, who won't obey any laws, would be ruled by greed, selfishness and brutality. The law should ensure people to live together in something like a peaceful way, by forbidding things that endanger society. DRM and other laws ensure that economy won't collapse by removing personal rights, and THAT's highly objective in my view. Economy is . . . or can be flexible enough to adapt to new challenges, law can't be that flexible. But a big monopolistic oriented buisness can't be very flexible too
