[Snake is laughing like crazy on the phone. He can't seem to force himself to stop long enough to talk. After a long, solid minute of laughter he finally calms down enough to talk.]

Man, you people are nuts! Can't say I'm pleased with it...sneaking missions are a hell of a lot more effective.

Kinda wonder if any of you are even gonna remember

As far as I can tell, all they're trying to do is cause property damage.

Do they want to get themselves brainwashed out there? ... Someone should... do something.

I think this is kind of an experiment, but they sure are running wild. Just sit tight. If you go outside you'll probably get brainwashed too.
